1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to consulting charges at Hari IVF Centre (consultations with doctors, fertility specialists, counsellors, or advisory services). It does not apply to IVF treatment packages or laboratory services unless stated.

2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, in-person, or online.
• Consulting charges are payable at or before appointment time according to the clinic’s fee schedule.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, online transfer, or other approved modes.

3. Cancellation by Patient

• ≥ 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or credit toward a future appointment.
• < 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or equivalent credit.
• No-show without notice: No refund.

4. Cancellation by Clinic / Rescheduling

If Hari IVF cancels or reschedules due to doctor unavailability or emergencies, patients will be notified promptly. Patients may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Where refunds aren't possible (certain wallets), clinic credit will be offered.

6. Non-Refundable Elements

Administrative fees or third-party platform charges (for teleconsults, if applicable) are non-refundable. Costs for diagnostic tests or reports already prepared before cancellation will not be refunded.

7. Cancellation / Refund Request Procedure

Contact the clinic by email, phone, or in person and provide:

• Full name, appointment date/time, and payment reference.
• Reason for cancellation (optional).

8. Dispute Resolution
